    In mainland France, delivery takes 24 to 48 business hours. For international shipments, expect 3 to 8 business days depending on the destination.

  3. Where are your products shipped from?
    All our products are shipped from our warehouse in China.

  4. Do you provide tracking information?
    Yes, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow 2 to 3 business days after placing your order, then contact us at contact@volkaro.com to receive your tracking details.

  5. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
    We’re sorry for this incident. If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo of it at contact@volkaro.com. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

  6. Where are you located?
    We are based in Paris, France. Our products are shipped from our facilities in China.

  7. I haven’t received my order yet. Why is it taking so long?

  8. Do you have a refund policy?
    Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been used. However, if the item is defective or damaged, we will issue a replacement.
