Where are your products shipped from?
All our products are shipped from our warehouse.

Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided. Please allow 1–2 business days after your order, then contact us at contact@volkaro.com to receive your tracking information.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We’re sorry for this issue. If you receive a damaged item, please send us a photo at contact@volkaro.com. We will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

Where are you located?
We are based in Paris, France.

I haven’t received my order yet. Why is it taking so long?
We apologize for the delay. International shipments may sometimes be slowed down by customs procedures. However, you can track your package in real time using the tracking number provided. If you have any questions, please contact us at contact@volkaro.com.

Do you have a refund policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds once the product has been used. However, if the item is defective or damaged, we will send a replacement for free. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Please see our refund policy for more details.
